The Patriot Nissan "Service Drive Five" earned $5680 for Veterans Northeast Outreach Center!
Patriot Nissan donated five dollars for every paying service visit to Veterans Northeast Outreach Center in August 2020, that earned $3340. This was augmented with a wonderful $3000 contribution from a very generous anonymous donor! Customers added $240 via credit card in the Service lounge using the "Dipjar" system.
Many organizations donated gift cards, products, services and/or memberships for our weekly raffle associated with the event.

Service Drive Five for VNEOC
For vehicles serviced at Patriot Nissan, Salem, NH between July 15 and August 31, 2020, Patriot donated $5, completely separate from the invoice, to the Veterans Northeast Outreach Center! Click Here To Schedule Service
Customers made direct donations to VNEOC with just a swipe of a credit card! We set up a "DipJar" automated system - allowing customers to choose a dollar amount, swipe their credit card, and depositing it right into the VNEOC account. We also provided simple and easy addressed envelopes for those who preferred that route.
Leaving the military and abruptly returning to civilian life is a challenge, with no job lined up, no immediate housing arrangements, and a loss or reduction in medical services previously available. Progress is complicated if there are issues with substance abuse, depression, anxiety, or other mental strains. VNEOC exists to help smooth out those hurdles, and get veterans back on their feet.
We invite you to view a video we made together, sharing what VNEOC and this event means to us personally.
VNEOC provides a continuum of care to Veterans and their families, including basic food and shelter, housing advocacy, counseling, peer support, case management, employment, and education. Services extend through Essex, Middlesex and Barnstable Counties in MA, and Rockingham County, NH. VNEOC has served 50,000 veterans since its inception in 1985. 700 or more veterans are placed in housing annually.
Patriot Nissan Service Department teams up with leaders from the Veterans Northeast Outreach Center for the "Drive For Five".
*The five dollar donation is made with all service visits that result in an invoice, and does not include visits for items such as free inspections.
